Over the years, we collaborate with Housing Solutions to continually iterate and improve their current website design. Whether it's enhanced functionality requirements or a light-touch design refresh, part of our commitment to them as a client is to constantly look for ways to evolve their digital offering. Everything from the navigation to the accessibility points have been delivered with the end-user in mind, with signposts to support the adoption of self-service behaviours throughout to key transactional areas of the site.
Housing Solution's self-service portal is another example of continual development. Part of the deal with a project at Prodo means you'll get access to rolling updates, so when either us or Housing Solutions see an opportunity, we'll work together to implement it. Their self-service portal empowers tenants to make payments, book repairs, request gas servicing appointments and much more. With complete integrations through to other core systems, the portal both allows tenants access to information and services when they need it, and provides Housing Solutions with key data for analysis.
